The horse content in this book is quite possibly minimal: the action takes place
in World War One, when Fabian
comes from India to live at Barington Place. He is
lonely, so invents a cousin, inspired by a picture of a boy on a
brown horse.

Finding the book: reasonably easy to find. The first edition can be on the expensive side, but paperbacks are readily available. The UK printing is reasonably easy to find, but is not always cheap.
