There doesn’t seem to be much information out there on this author.  She might have been born in 1932:  all I do know is that she wrote books with a Christian slant which were published both in Australia and London.

Jean’s Black Diamond:  a Story of Australia
Children’s Special Service Mission, London, 1951

“Here is an unusual storybook for girls - unusual for several reasons. It was written by a girl of fifteen; it won second
prize in the C.S.S.M. Literature Competition; and it describes life in the wide spaces of inland Australia. Jean's
adventures when she meets and then masters the beautiful black mare which is the true 'heroine' of the story are
vividly told; the writer's insight into the mind of a girl gives great realism to the tale. Underlyng the very happy family
life on Brownley farm is a vital secret - and this story shows how Christian virtues are worked out in everyday life.”
